PORTOBELLO AND CHICKEN SAUSAGE BOWL

2 PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM CAPS,SLICED
2 LINKS (6 OZ) LEAN CHICKEN SAUSAGE,COARSELY CHOPPED
1 CUP WATER
1 (8 OUNCE) CAN TOMATO SAUCE
2 CAPS FRESH BABY SPINACH
¼ CUP PARMESAN CHEESE,GRATED
1. Place portobello and chicken sausage in a small saucepan with water. Cook over medium-high heat until mushrooms are soft and liquid is reduced, 4-5 minutes
2. reduce heat to low and stir in tomato sauce and spinach. Cook stirring until mixture begins to simmer and spinach turns bright green and begins to wilt.
3. remove from heat, divide into bowls, and stir in parmesan cheese
