Ways of Ordering

Add the products of interest to your cart.
Once you add a product, you can either continue adding other products, or remove a product or update the quantity or complete your order.
Upon completion of the order, you are asked to enter the email and password if you are a registered user, otherwise you have the option to create a new account at that time.
When creating an account or buying as a visitor, enter all the necessary customer information.
Choose the order payment method.
Click continue to check the order
Finally, click on the completion of the order.
Your order was entered into the Wisdom Valley system.
(Please note your order code and an email confirming / attaching your order).

A prerequisite for making a phone order is to have 6-digit product codes.
The 6-digit codes will be found on the product pages below their title

Call Center Operation hours: Daily from 08:30 to 16:30 except Saturdays – Sundays and Sundays.

Your order is executed immediately and the available products are delivered for shipment on the same or next business day.

Note that for the orderly process of your order, it is good to have in hand the product codes you want to order.

You can also place your order via e-mail at www.wisdomvalley.eu 24 hours a day, giving us the following information: Full name, shipping address and postal code, mobile phone number, product code / product name and the payment method which you would like to choose.

In the e-mail order you can not pay by credit card (by giving the card details via e-mail).
You can only pay with a credit card if you place your order on our website www.wisdomvalley.eu

The following forms of payment apply to e-mail order:

1. Cash On Delivery (see charges in “Payment – Shipping Methods”)

2. Bank deposit with one of the banks referred to in the “Payment – Shipping” section.
