¼ CUP 1% COTTAGE CHEESE
¼ CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE
½ CUP (4) EGG WHITES
1. place broccoli in microwave bowl and cook 60 seconds to soften. Add cottage cheese and cheddar to the broccoli and stir to combine
2. coat a medium non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat. Lightly beat egg and egg whites pour into pan. Distribute broccoli and cheese mixture evenly over eggs.
3. cook until eggs are solid and cheeses are melted,then gently fold omelette in half and slide onto plate.
